Salesforce.com bought Jigsaw, a contact management community, for $156.2 million ($142M+10% potential earn out) 90 days after we completed our brand positioning work. The CEO of Jigsaw called our work redefining the company’s promise, and in particular, its approach to internet privacy, “pivotal” to the success of the sale.
Largely thanks to the agency's work to aim Eat24, the food delivery disruptor, at young, aspiring urban professionals (and not moms), Eat24 has carved out a highly differentiated position that has helped achieve dominant market share on the West coast, despite competitors with $300 million in VC funding. Eat24 was sold in Feb of 2015 to Yelp for $134M.
“Deploy happiness” is the marketing call-to-action we developed for this B2B mobile applications platform, which helped this engineering-led organization make significant strides in business to consumer applications. Antenna was acquired for $75 million in 2013.
We worked with the NASDAQ listed Westport (WPRT) to establish their global positioning as the leading force in alternative fuel, low-emissions transportation technologies. Westport saw a 40% increase in its share price ($600 million) following this repositioning as the Natural Gas Transportation Leader”.
Our work helped Marketo raise $95 million when it IPO'd.
